🔎 Tracking & Notifications
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.
You can track it directly through our “Track My Order” page or via your local postal service once the parcel reaches your country.
If you haven’t received a tracking update for more than 10 business days, please reach out to sales@revoba.net and we’ll investigate immediately.
📭 Lost or Delayed Packages
All packages are shipped with insurance.
If your order is lost in transit or held in customs beyond reasonable timeframes, we will resend your order free of charge or issue a full refund based on your preference.
Please note that once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery speed and customs clearance are managed by third-party carriers — we cannot guarantee delivery dates during peak seasons or unforeseen events.
