We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original packaging and accessories. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

🔁 Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the product you have, and once your return is approved, place a new order for the correct model or version.
🇪🇺 European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be unused, in the same condition received, and include all original packaging and proof of purchase.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@revoba.net.
